A modern masterpiece

Restored in style

A thoughtful restoration of a South London house adding Mid Century style and modern artwork has created a bright and colourful home.

A Grand Design in Sussex

A Grand Design in Sussex.

Imaginative conversion of an uninspired 1980's bungalow gaining space and light. Architect Adam Penton has breathed new life into this tired property by adding a master suite and filling in the angle across the corner between the two wings of the building. It has opened up access to the garden, added accommodation and created a spacious and beautiful home.

Home Work

Some of my work for FORMstudio featured in a new book from Thames and Hudson.

"The relationship between work and home life has rapidly changed with an increasing number of people requiring the flexibility to work not just from home but anyway. The demand has resulted in new challenges for architects and designers to provide innovative solutions to create multifunctional spaces to suit a variety of needs. The new book by Anna Yudina gives an insight into the number of different solutions by designers to integrate the workspace into the domestic home."

Artillery Mansions project features within the ‘Integrated/Detached’ section. The open plan arrangement contains a central ‘floating’ block that houses a home office. Flexibility is provided by concealed doors on electromagnetic holds that can be used to separate the work and living areas when required.

Seaside Sensation

Vicky Wetherill and Jason Skrinar, owners of Sideshow Interiors, home in an impressive apartment that was originally the piano nobile of the summer home of the Italian ambassador to the court of Queen Victoria. In the shop - they sell original Mid Century design furniture and art and many of the finer pieces that they have collected have found a permanent home in the apartment.
